WikiCheese est un projet qui vise à améliorer le contenu au sujet des fromages sur les projets Wikimedia (images sur Wikimedia Commons, articles sur Wikipedia, données sur Wikidata, définitions sur le Wiktionnaire).
Comme lors de Wikimania Mexico, nous souhaitons organiser une édition spéciale. Il s'agira, durant une période de deux heures (de préférence un midi), de photographier des fromages locaux, qui seront ensuite proposés à la dégustation. Cela sera l'occasion de présenter cette action, lancée il y a maintenant deux ans et demi. Cela sera également un moment privilégié pour rencontrer les salariés et membres de Wikimédia France présents à Wikimania 2017.

WikiCheese is an action which aims to improve the contents about cheese on the Wikimedia projects (pictures on Wikimedia Commons, articles on Wikipedia, data on Wikidata, definitions on the Wiktionary).
As we did at Wikimania Mexico, we wish to organize a special edition. During a two hours time around noon, we will photograh a variety of Canadian cheeses, which will then be proposed for tasting. It will be the occasion to show this action which has been launched two and a half years ago. It will also be a good time to meet members and staff of Wikimedia France present at Wikimania 2017.
- What will attendees take away from this session?
A piece of cheese! More seriously, attendees will learn about this action in general, some things about the specifics of small objects photography, and will gain insight into Wikimedia France's actions.
