Primary target group: Not exactly sure - people interested in NeuroTechnology? I had to look up on Wikipedia what it is.
Critical issue: No
Cross-Wiki significance: Yes, but currently (apparently) only to those who already understand what NeuroTecnolfy is.
Abstract: Fairly clear if one looks up 'NeuroTechnology'.
Concept: Information resource, an informative lecture on NeuroTechnology
Other / concerns: A presentation of a non Wikipedia specific science, which probably targets only those already aware of what Neurotechnolgy broadly encompasses. Possibly of low interest to the broader spectrum of typical Wikimania attendees. If I were a psychologist I might be interested.
