Primary target group: Not exactly sure - people interested in the mental health causes and effects of working Wikipedia and those with mental health issues who work effectively on Wikipedia.

Abstract: Fairly clear.
Concept: Continuation of a previous Wikimania topic.
Other / concerns: A round table discussion on a topic that can be a legitimate cause for concern. However, it possibly received important attention to its previous Wikmania presentation and although a follow up talk might be desirable and of interest to attendees, it should probably be put on hold until a review of all the submissions has been completed.
