My comments to your comments
- Primary target group: Well... Primary Target Group is really : editors interested in offline Wikipedia... we have many requests for more information coming from other "poorly connected territories such as in Asia" and implement the use of WikiFundi in schools (which do not always want the kids to have access to be great big world :))
- Concerns: Indeed, a 5 mn talk is "likely to be over before attendees have found their way to the room". But then... is that not EXACTLY the concept behind lightning talks ?
- Concerns: We submitted a panel for this more general topic Submissions/Wikipedia unplugged. So if the panel is accepted, this lightning talk can be cancelled.
