EN: There are 112 affiliates to Wikimedia movement across the world. +60% of them are Users Groups. How to grow theses User Groups in order to have a sustainable Movement? This session aims at sharing the experience of Côte d’Ivoire, Brazil, Macedonia and other countries basing on testimonies and practical experiences. A strong focus will be put on underlining good practices as well as common constraints faced when it comes to building new User Groups and others local affiliates.

FR: A travers le monde il y’a plus de 112 organisations affiliées aux mouvement Wikimedia. Plus de 60% d’entre elles sont des User Groups. Comment faire émerger dynamiquement ses affiliés afin d’obtenir un Mouvement solide ? Cette sessions a pour but de partager l’expérience de la Côte d’Ivoire, du Brésil, de la Macédoine, ainsi que celles de certains autres pays sur la base de témoignages et d’expériences concrètes. L’accent est mis sur les bonnes pratiques ainsi que les contraintes généralement rencontrées en matière de construction d’un nouveau User Group ou d’une nouvelle affiliation.
