- Primary target group: Users with an interest in photography; Commons
- Critical issue: No
- Cross-Wiki significance: Yes
- Abstract: Clear and concise, but would possibly attract more attention if the emphasis was on '...for publishing in WikiMedia Foundation projects'
- Concept: 'How to do it'
- Other / concerns: Interesting for those who intend to illustrate Wikipedia articles with their photos. Of less interest for anyone who merely uses Commons as a personal, public photo repository, Photography is a much discussed subject worldwide with many existing 'How tos' and workshops. However, alongside other proposed talks on photography, this presentation is probably of more immediate importance.
