I'm a PhD candidate in the York University & Ryerson University Joint Graduate Program in Communication & Culture, Toronto, Canada. My research examines the political design of encyclopedic knowledge. My masters thesis began this line of inquiry by examining the epistemological connections between Wikipedia and the Encyclopedia Britannica by comparing the organizational structure of ten articles throughout the lifespan of each encyclopedia.
